We are looking to hire a site engineer urgently. We are a group of architects doing development work of villas in the price range of 2.0cr each. Each villa is completed in about 9 months.
This is neither a corporate job nor a desk job. This job is also not about being part of a large staff group. This is more about an individual – capable of multi-tasking & being the sole person responsible of completing villas & requires a hands-on job at the site. If you feel that you can assume this role & be the task-leader, Pl read on.
Should be capable of handling high-end villas from start to finish. Site locations in Bangalore.
Experience reqd in quality control, bill checking, measurements, material order, maintain material inventory, manage work force, implement time schedule, coordination with architect, coordinating & extracting work from all sub-contractors, handling payments, crossing hurdles etc.
Civil engineer graduate preferred with 3-10 years experience. Salary/benefits vary with experience & performance. If you are a pro-active person capable of analyzing problem & solving the problem, rather than complain about problems, please reply.
