Job Description:
Vice President of Financial Services, CFO needed for large 400 bed healthcare organization in mid eastern Ms. location.
Hospital is very progressive, Privately owned.
VP of Financial Services/CFO will be groomed to potentially become CEO in about 4 years.
Must have strong experience in hospital Finance with multi responsibility experience, clinics, physician groups, etc. Will have 11 clinics, two hospital facility responsibility and other entitites.
Organization has over 1700 FTE's, 117 Physicians.
Client would prefer the following experience:
6+ years in strong VP or CFO role in a for profit or some for profit experience preferred. Masters and CPA are highly desired.
