Dawson Resources is currently assisting a well known company who is a leader in the retail / restaurant industry. My client is in the need of a Director of Payroll, who will report to the Vice President of Accounting.
This position will be responsible for building the payroll department, integrating the different payroll companies, develop the payroll vision and business strategies to support company goals, ensure internal controls, review G/L transactions, supporting documentation, balance sheet analysis, provide analysis for the reporting group for variance between budget and actual.
This position is in Columbus ohio and provides full relocation assistance.
The qualified candidate will have the following:
- Undergraduate degree
- 12+ of payroll experience (3 years being in the retail industry)
- Multi-state and international payroll experience
