Unit Manager
TTM Healthcare is recruiting a Unit Manager for one of our clients. Our client is a prestigious private Neurological/Stroke rehabilitation centre based in North London.
Responsibilities
* To manage the Rehabilitation Centre and the entire the multidisciplinary team
* To work with the MDT to provide specialist nursing knowledge and expertise to patients
* To effectively manage the budget
* To act as a specialist resource to other members of the MDT involved in the planning and delivery of care to all patients
* To work closely with the Consultant Neurologist and directors to ensure the service is developed in line with corporate strategy
* To be responsible for own professional development
Requirements
* You must be a qualified Registered General nurse
* Post registration qualification in Stroke or Neuro Rehabilitation
* A recognised qualification in management is required
* 5 years clinical experience in stroke or neuro rehab is essential
* 3 years management experience
* Mentorship or experience of teaching and assessing in the clinical area
* Experience of managing budgets is essential
