This is a fantastic entry level role into the City. Our client is an independent FX trading house looking for a bright and outgoing graduate to join their rapidly expanding team. Do you have an interest in the financial sector combined with excellent communication skills? This could be the opportunity you are looking for.The successful candidate can expect to undertake a variety of day to day activities with there being two main areas that the role will focus upon. Firstly you can expect to take ownership of the prospect-to-customer experience. You will be dealing with new clients and signing them up and informing them of the services our client has to offer. Secondly you can expect to support the Business Development and Dealing teams by ensuring their customers have trouble free and stress free experience with our client.The main areas of responsibilities include:
Providing support to customers and prospects
Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with existing and prospective client enquiries
Handling any queries that potential and existing customers may have
Regularly liaising with payment team for payments
Establish trading opportunities with the newly registered customers
Ensuring the clients are content with the services provided
Acting as a main point of contact for the affiliates in terms of obtaining referral and prospects and providing feedback.
Personal requirements:
Good spoken and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Good organisational and time management skills
Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
A willingness to work long hours, when required
A professional manner
Good business sense.
