This specialist IT solutions provider is looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to its existing team. This is a unique opportunity for a Help Desk specialist to transition to a telecommunications based role or for an experienced Telco Support specialist looking to work closer to home!
Successful applicants will be expected to support a range of clients consisting of SME's through to large corporate clients with their custom network/VoIP solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Supporting clients with all Level 1 and 2 hardware issues
Utilising a team environment to resolve escalated issues
Working with the Sales teams on technical issues
Reviewing solutions/configurations to ensure optimal performance
Ensuring that SLA's are met or exceeded
Providing excellent customer service to maintain ongoing relationships
Working with a variety of network and VoIP solutions
This is an opportunity for an experienced VoIP/Network Support Specialist or a Level 1 Support Analyst to step into a long established solutions provider. This organisation provides customised solutions for their clients so you will always be in a dynamic and challenging role.
To be considered for this great opportunity:
You must have relevant experience in Level 1/2 Support
Knowledge of VoIP or Cisco solutions would be beneficial
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
Relevant certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCENT) or Microsoft (MCTS/MCITP
Exceptional communication skills - you will be working with clients
Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical people
