Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, this is fundamentally a leadership and process improvement role. As an experienced and successful innovator, you will drive and develop your Team Leaders, whilst analysing and implementing end-to-end ITIL management processes, which are committed to exceeding SLAs and team KPIs. Additionally, you will have input into business continuity and disaster recovery planning; implement security controls; oversee incident management activities; and adamantly drive performance and continual up-skilling of your team of 30 NOC Analysts by mentoring and coaching your Team Leaders daily.
A born leader, you develop lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and manage multi-level relationships with ease. Your technical background, as well as your sound experience in incident management and developing and implementing quality processes aligned to best practice, will see you excel this core business function to new heights. This, coupled with your forward thinking and motivational spirit, will ensure you lead a high-performing and customer-centric team. IT related tertiary qualification/s and ITIL certification/s are essential, as well as experience leading a medium-sized team in a 24 x 7 NOC and/or hosting environment.
