Description
Position Type: Part-time
A dynamic training and consulting firm is seeking a customer service Representative for part time leading to full time employment.

Responsibilities:
1. Establish new client relationship through outbound calls (cold calling)
2. Efficiently handle all customer inquiries by phone, email and in person (walk ins)
3. Accurately enter client data into ACT system
4. Perform other administrative duties (filing, photocopying, preparing PP presentations)


Qualifications:
· University degree or college diploma in business (or a related field)
· 2 years of related work experience
· Proven interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on negotiation, people management, and problem solving
· Strong teamwork, team building, and cooperation skills
· Demonstrated ability to build long profitable and positive relationships with business partners
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
· Highly proficient with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience in training sales a plus
