We are currently seeking 2 (two) Print Client Service Representatives to join the Toronto team.
The Print CSR will work directly with customers, account managers, production managers, outside vendors and company management. The incumbent will be a positive, proactive individual, with strong interpersonal and communications skills, who has an eye for detail, the ability to set priorities, and meet tight deadlines managing jobs through various phases of production.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and ensure the quality of output and finishing of jobs.
Interact with customers to take orders and enter them in our production system
Satisfy customers’ needs in an efficient manner
Provide consistent contact with clients
Co-ordinate orders
Create, update and manage dockets
Co-ordinate pre-press, print, lettershop & bindery projects
Act as a liaison between sales, customers, production & outside vendors
Provide customer support through all stages of production
Assist with various aspects of business development and marketing programs
Promote additional services and solutions to existing clients (upselling/cross-selling)
Provide consultation services and recommendations for best approach to job completion to customers, both internal and external
Ensure timely production and delivery of jobs
Communicate all activities/ issues with manager on a daily basis
Candidate should possess:
Familiarity with computer quoting system an asset, but not a requirement
Post secondary education in graphic arts or print related program and/ or minimum 3 years printing industry experience including pre-press, digital printing, offset printing; and finishing
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills is a must
Ability to multitask and remain organized
