Executive - IT Transaction services
IT Transaction Services, part of the Operational Transactions Services (OTS) team, advise and support clients through the complete deal life cycle providing a range of sell-side and buy-side IT services to clients.
Services range from complex IT due diligence, post merger integration, carve out/separation, post deal value enhancement through to corporate restructuring.
Your responsibilities as an IT Transaction Executive will include:- Working within the Transaction Integration team to deliver IT Transaction Services engagements including IT Due Diligence, IT Post Merger Integration, IT Carve-outs/Separation - Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of EY, clients and contractors to advise on project plans, conducting fieldwork, interviews, workshops, identifying key issues and risks and supporting Senior staff in delivering client work.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as an IT Transaction Executive: - Experience of transactions, ideally in performing of IT Due Diligence and/or IT post merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments - Experience in industry in a Managerial capacity (within an organisation's IT department or on the IT supplier side) - Programme and project management expertise - Knowledge of Structured methodologies and a familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL for Infrastructure, systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance - Provide insights on IT aspects of transaction deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the IT Due Diligence reports - Flexible with working locations, the ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations - Experience of IT outsourcing, vendor management and IT procurement.
