Job Description:
The production team within Edelman create and develop sophisticated software solutions to meet the multi-device, multi-platform challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. The team brings together a deep and broad understanding of development, social media and user experience to create and deliver truly engaging software solutions for our customers.
Edelman are seeking a new senior software developer (web and mobile) to help bolster their existing team of developers.
Edelman create software for a variety of platforms such as iPhone/iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux, web based technologies (PHP, .NET, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript - JQuery, Flash/Flex) and have an extremely impressive portfolio of high profile clients.
We are seeking a developer with experience of working in development teams, who have good software design and implementation skills and are good communicators with other developers, project and account managers and clients.
Skills Range:
- Strong PHP
- Either Strong Java or C/C++
- Strong MySQL
- Linux/BSD command-line server admin experience
- Confident in reading UML and understanding of software design patterns
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Any experience of iPhone or Android Programming
- Wordpress (or any other CMS) and Facebook
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
