SEN Teaching Assistants
We are currently seeking teaching assistants with such experience to work in some excellent schools in the London Borough of Lambeth.
Each role is almost unique. For example, you could be working one to one with a child with Autism, working with a small group of hearing impaired children using your Makaton or BSL skills or even supporting children with English as an additional language. We can offer a range of roles, from daily cover, to long term roles, to permanent positions.
If you are a teaching assistant with experience of working with children with special needs, please forward your CV as soon as possible. In particular, we are very keen to hear from assistants who have worked with children with Autism and also assistants who have PECS and Makaton skills.
All applicants will be subject to the required checks and referencing procedure and you should hold, or be willing to complete an enhanced UK CRB check.

Please note if you are from overseas or have worked overseas in the last 5 years then a police check will be required from that country.
All applicants will be required to supply two professional child based references and have an enhanced CRB check carried out (if you do not already hold one).
