LAWYER – FINANCIAL SERVICES
LOCATION: Vancouver, B.C.
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) – four (4) years
A prominent National Law Firm is actively seeking a strong Associate for its Vancouver, B.C. office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two (2) to a maximum of four (4) years experience with all aspects of commercial financial services, including but not limited to corporate financing, banking litigation and structuring of financial service products and related regulatory matters.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OVER QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The individual will be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills and a true desire to help Clients. Excellent research and writing skills are necessary. Strong academic credentials, preferably from a top-tier Law School is required, as is active membership in good standing with the B.C. Bar Association.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
