Leading the way in gorgeous, stylish & quality fashion accessories, we are an exciting expanding Australian retailer hot on the lips of every fashion loving girl about town. Australian owned & operated with 5 VIC & 1 NSW store, we are a fashion destination for those in the know! Due to Company growth we are looking for a driven & dynamic Area Manager that has extensive experience in Fashion retail as a Multisite or Area Manager.
WHAT WE NEED:
You will be a hands on Manager, leading from the front with a strong training & development focus. You will love to get out there, visit your stores and work with your teams on the floor to grow their skills and impart your extensive knowledge of retail, product & sales. You will have a proven track record of people development and succession planning success stories! You will be responsible for the achievement of sales results and as such you will love to drive sales from the front!
